Cold shell fit out of library and community center as part of Private Public Partnership between Billbergia and Auburn Council. In 2016 NSW council amalgamations and changes to boundaries saw the project go from Auburn to Parramatta councils, changing client midway through design development was challenging.

Community Centre and library (merged/blended model) over two levels covering 3500 m2, including café, 10 parking spaces in basement. The Forecourt was later purchased from the developer adding another 400m2 of active public space. Part of a/c plant on separate roof not included in tally. Gross 3850 m2.

Library collections on Level 1 (ground) with Fab Lab / study assist room between children’s area and fiction collection. To the right of the entrance. The facility offers 24 access area with book lending machine, toilets and café. Level 2 (1st floor) offers meeting rooms, quiet study areas, multi-purpose activity rooms including dance studio, kitchen, toilets, art/ maker spaces, music practice rooms, and various open plan seating areas to study or relax. Space also include co-working space and training centre.
