Situated in Orion in Springfield Shopping Centre, opening in the late half of 2018 the Springfield Central Library was built to meet the needs of the exploding population of young families and other residents in the eastern suburbs of Ipswich.
The library is built to be a beautiful welcoming space with cutting edge technology incorporating thoughtful and effective service design. The collection spaces and layout were specifically designed with our particular demographic in mind.
The Springfield Central Library is already proving extremely popular with existing users and has been responsible for a tremendous jump in membership for the service as a whole.
