New purpose built modern two-story building with feature design heritage façade and full length awning, located on the corner of Railway Street and John Street, Rosewood. The site is the gateway to the main street and the first point of address to the town centre after crossing the railway tracks Effort has been given to come up with a building that fits in well with the streetscape and compliments the character of the main thoroughfare in Rosewood.
