This contemporary building features iconic architectural design with facilities including IT training rooms, small to medium sized meeting rooms, as well as two large multipurpose rooms equipped with audiovisual presentation equipment. It also includes the Sunbury Library, a gallery and Council’s Customer Service Centre.

Hume City Council aspires to the development of strong integrated and sustainable communities and the provision of appropriate infrastructure in developing residential communities is integral to this. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Hume City is renowned (locally and internationally) for its existing Hume Global Learning Centre developments.
The new Hume Global Learning Centre is home to the new Sunbury Library, and supports delivery of tertiary and vocational education via the Hume Multiversity initiative. The centre is a lively learning hub for the whole community, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds, and providing a variety of learning, cultural and social opportunities.
